The African American Museum in Philadelphia, home of Audacious Freedom: African Americans in Philadelphia 1776-1876 and Come See About Me: The Mary Wilson Supremes Collection, is delighted to present you with the exclusive opportunity to attend a special preview performance of Lorraine Hansberry’s A Raisin in the Sun. The preview will take place on Wednesday, March 6th at 8:00p at the Arden Theatre Company with a light reception beginning at 6:45p.
The performance tickets are general admission seats and are filled on a first come, first served basis. Join in the fun and help support AAMP in the process. Arden Theatre Company – one of Philadelphia’s premiere theater companies – is hosting this special performance with proceeds from all ticket sales benefiting the African American Museum in Philadelphia. All reservations must be completed by March 1st. Doors will open at 6:30p. Parking will not be validated.
